Sous Chef

As second chef, you will be required to run the kitchen shift, responsible for food hygiene standards on shift and deliver great food and work as part of a kitchen and hotel team.
What We’re Looking For:
We believe in recruiting for potential as well as experience. Our ideal candidate will have:
Steady and progessive chef career to date.
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 preferred).
Demonstrate the required standard of food preparation and production.
Demonstate good knowledge of allergen food management
Co-operative and able to work as part of the kitchen and hotel team.
Passionate about food and delivering a positive customer experience.
