The Opportunity: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Duty Manager to join our team!
In this key role, you will be ensuring our guests receive the outstanding service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in customer service or a similar supervisory role who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.
What We’re Looking For:
We believe in recruiting for potential as well as experience. Do you have previous experience in a hotel or customer facing supervisory role. Strong communication and leadership skills. Calm under pressure with excellent problem solving abilities. A proactive, hands on approach to work. A passion for delivering outstanding guest service. · Provide leadership and support to the front of house team. Handle guest queries in a professional and timely manner. Ensure high standards of service are maintained throughout the hotel. Act as the main point of contact in the absence of senior management.
