Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all       departments
• Act as the main point of contact for guests, resolving any issues promptly and               professionally
• Support and lead the team during shifts, maintaining high service standards
• Ensure health and safety, security, and emergency procedures are followed
• Handle cash, reconciliation, and basic administrative duties
• Communicate effectively with senior management and other departments

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality (hotel         experience preferred)
