Receptionist
Join our friendly team of staff, focused on delivering excellent customer service and care. This is a full time role, 5 days a week, including shifts and weekends. Live out position.
A great opportunity for a receptionist at the Farington Lodge Hotel, where we pride ourselves on delivering friendly and professional hospitality and professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities for Reception Staff
- Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm, friendly atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process.
- Handle phone and email enquiries professionally.
- Address billing queries and manage financial transactions.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Exceptional customer service skills and a hospitable mindset.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Experience as a receptionist, ideally with proficiency in Reslynx software.
- Ability to work cohesively within a small team setting.
