Core Responsibilities

• Overseeing kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
• Managing food safety standards and inventory
• Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a hospitality environment
• Proven experience in Banqueting Kitchen
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for food quality and presentation
• Commitment to sanitation, cleanliness, and environmental health standards
