We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service with our 27 bedrooms, restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas and dinner, conference facilities, private dining rooms and one wedding on any one day! We are currently expanding our team and inviting enthusiastic individuals to contribute positively to the start of our guests’ day.

Position Overview

As a member of the Breakfast Food Service Staff, your role is to create an inviting and efficient breakfast experience for our guests. Your position is crucial in ensuring the day begins pleasantly, with responsibilities spanning from setting up the breakfast area to assisting guests with any needs they may have during the morning service.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet ensuring presentation is consistently maintained.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or breakfast-related requests efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the breakfast area at all times.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and front of house teams to ensure seamless service.
• Deliver friendly and effective customer service

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone personable and proactive, with a natural ability to connect with guests and maintain a high standard of service under pressure. The ideal candidate is organised, attentive, and enjoys early morning shifts.

Requirements

• No previous experience necessary as full training will be provided.
• Ability to work early morning shifts independently.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ideally would suit some one local or who has their own transportation as it is a 6.30am start.
